The projects were throughout the UK and comprised the construction of retail units ranging from 20,000 - 40,000 sq. ft. The projects were both new build and refurbishment of existing stock and including specific fit-out works.

Tenants were MFI and Toys-R-Us

Advising both tenants and developers in pre and post contract matters. Project controls and quantity surveying.
