The project was for a new build property in the heart of Edinburgh. The property was designed by Oberlanders Architects and is arguably one of Edinburgh's finest residences. The project consisted of the infrastructure and below ground works, including utilities and drainage.

Project Management, Quantity surveying and Setting Out function and contractual advice to specialist sub-contractor.
