Project was for the extension to the hotel. This included a new leisure centre and additional accomodation. Project consisted of site clearance, excavation, drainage and utilities, substructures and floor, soft and hard landscaping, steel erection. Specialist concrete works to support "Glulam" architectural beams, swimming pool construction.

Role:

Project Management, Quantity surveying and Setting Out function and contractual advice to specialist sub-contractor.
