Enabling works project comprising of grouting, ecology works, civils works for the remediation of the site. Archaeological works were required as part of the excavations. Diversion of existing drainage and utilities and the construction of a new roundabout.

The site is currently being developed by Prologis for a new 500,000 sq. ft CO-OP Distribution Warehouse

Role: 
Completion of enabling works project. Including CDM-co-ordinator, project controls, handover / adoption and final account agreements.
