Construction of new build Clinical Research Centre. Preparation of interim and final account statements, site re-measurement and negotiation of final account and variation payments on behalf of specialist sub contractor.

Role:

We negotiated the Final Account sums, including variations. This ensured that the situation didn't deteriorate any further and averted further ADR.
