The project consisted of the construction of a new roundabout and associated infrastructure to allow access to a new residential development. Utilities diversions, earthworks, new lighting and drainage. Traffic control installation and commissioning. Road construction and surfacing and white lining.

New Distribution Centre, Newhouse, North Lanarkshire
- Scope of Project
Enabling works project comprising of grouting, ecology works, civils works for the remediation of the site. Archaeological works were required as part of the excavations. Diversion of existing drainage and utilities and the construction of a new roundabout.
The site is currently being developed by Prologis for a new 500,000 sq. ft CO-OP Distribution Warehouse

Retail Park, London Road, Glasgow
- Scope of Project
The works comprised specialist groundworks including grouting and the construction of a new retail park totalling 80,000sq ft.
Tenants included Focus DIY.

- Scope of Project
Project consisted of the conversion of a period property into four residences. The main house was extended and the basement was utilised to form three of the properties, the Coach House was extended and refurbished as well.
