Build your skills and your team

A key focus of our business is to deliver more than simply expert services. We are committed to sharing our knowledge with our clients both through our consultancy work and through a number of specialist training solutions that are tailored to the exact requirements of your team.

Our training solutions can transform a contractor's business performance by providing team members with the necessary insight and skills required to support the processes and procedures we implement.

Our trainers have extensive first hand management experience in the day to day challenges faced by clients, main and sub-contractors and are able to call upon real life examples to drive home the importance of implementing the skills.

Many contractors and subcontractors find themselves in an unenviable position where they feel their employer is ignoring the provisions of the The Housing Grants, Construction and Regeneration Act 1996 Part 2. ConstructPRO is enabling contractors to exercise their own rights in the relationship. This legislation underpins our whole industry. Shouldn't you and your staff know the basics of the "Cashflow Act"?

In these hands-on workshop sessions, ConstructPRO translate the power of the Act into terms which your site and commercial management team can understand and apply immediately to their own operations.

From setting out water tight terms and conditions to ensuring all the details are in place to quickly resolve any dispute, our team of experts will show you how to transform your business processes. Every course is tailored to your individual requirements and uses actual role play to demonstrate where potential problems could occur and how your team can solve them.
