A typical assignment will require our staff to audit the pre-start information and process, during delivery phase we will produce regular reports to the parties involved, which will document the progress of the construction on site and the commercial status of the project. Our reports will also, where required, make any necessary recommendations in relation to any corrective actions or strategic changes.
