With an unprecedented number of construction firms going out of business in the last 12 months, ConstructPRO have launched the free service to play their role in assisting companies recover outstanding debts that they are entitled to be paid for.

ConstructPRO's Managing Director, Yosof Ewing, explained "Cash flow is a critical factor in any business however the high turnover, low margin nature of the construction industry means that companies which do not have strong contractual processes can find themselves walking on a knife edge on a daily basis."

He continued, "Unfortunately many businesses resort to legal proceedings too early in the process and can quickly find themselves with a hefty legal bill without achieving much progress. This is often because the required level of evidence isn't able to be presented and the case isn't being argued from a position of knowledge and hands-on experience in the construction industry."
