Running in memory of Pam

We are supporting the following inspiring ladies - Laura Burgess, Catherine Harwood, Cathy Henderson, Katy Henderson, Lisa Henderson, Tricia Gray, Claire Valentine, Debi Ward who will be taking part in the Women's 10k on 9 May 2010 to raise funds for SAMH - in memory of our good friend Pam.

Mental ill health affects one in four people in Scotland and these figures are on the increase.  There is still a general lack of understanding in society of what is a widespread issue.

The Scottish Association of Mental Health offers support not only to those directly affected but also their family and friends.

It really would make a real difference to SAMH and their work if you were able to sponsor and help them continue their vital work.

Thank you for your support; if you wish to donate please click here remember and Gift Aid your donation to maximise the contribution. Thanks.

Best of luck ladies we are all rooting for you!!
